Registration Information and Form

UKCUG is operating a new registration process to reduce drop out rate and maximise who can attend.

The registration process is as follows

1. Register using the form Please register using the below form to indicate that you would like a place reserving and an opportunity to check in

2. Airline Style Check In You will be required to “check in” 3 working days before the meeting. This is done by simply replying to the check in request email that will be sent at this time. Therefore it is important that you check your email address when entering. This will generate your joining details. If you do not check in, you risk losing your place to somebody on the waiting list. This is very much like booking a flight and then checking in on-line before the flight. This is to reduce the drop out list and free up spaces for waiting list people. Check in will remain open as long as places remain.

One No Show, one Suspension Regardless of reason, if you register and check in and do not turn up, you may be unable to attend the next meeting if registrations are high. After this, you will be considered only within the “General Registration”, and not as a previous attendee until you have attended two more meetings.

The UK Civil 3D User Group is free to attend. Everybody must register. First come, first served. Where lots of individuals from one organisation register the committee may ask for this number to be reduced to keep the group diverse. The committee reserve the right to refuse admission without giving reason. Capacity of this event is 35. If capacity is reached a waiting list will operate and will be released one day before the event on a first come first served basis. Only AEC organisations, no recruiters. If you would like to see who is attending first, please click here

Please fill out the form below to register your place for the meeting. All details for this meeting are listed above

Future Meeting Notification and News Periodically the committee would like to send you information including notifications of the next meeting. Attendees List In order to promote the group, we will add your name to the attendees list for this meeting and put in on the website. You can opt out of either of these this if you like.
